Currently I am running two classes per week.  Both classes are similar and “mixed ability” means what it says – yoga for everyone. Details are below:-

Memorial Hall, Tallents Cres, Batford, Harpenden, AL5 5BH .

On Monday evenings the class is from 7.00 to 8.30 pm. The cost is £8.00 per session (with concessions for the over 70's)

Redbourn Village Hall, 63 High Street, Redbourn, AL3 7LW:-

On Friday mornings the class is from 9.30 to 11 am. The cost is £8.00 per session (with concessions for the over 70's)

The classes are arranged in three terms which do not always correspond with school terms-

Autumn, Winter and Spring. There is a comprehensive list of class dates on the message board. 

You can save £1.00 per week by making an advance payment at the beginning of the term. This applies to both classes.

Wherever possible please bring your own yoga mat. I have a few spare mats to lend.

If you have any medical conditions, injuries or if you are pregnant please could you let me know?  In order to make progress, regular attendance at the class and some simple home practice is recommended.  There is no pressure to perform at the class, so feel free to take a rest any time if you need to. The atmosphere is informal and friendly.  Preferably your last meal before yoga should be about two hours before. Light snacks are OK.  If you are late, come in quietly and find a space with minimum disturbance.

What to wear:-

Loose comfortable clothing which enable you to move and stretch. Layers are better as you can take them off and put them back on as required.  Bring something warm to put on for the relaxation part of the class.  Yoga is best done in bare feet in order to give you grip and stability.
