Currently I am running three classes per week.  all classes are “mixed ability” and it means what it says – yoga for everyone. Details are below:-

On Monday evenings the classes are from 7.00 to 8.15 pm. The cost is £10.00 per session (with concessions for the over 70's)

On Saturday mornings the classes are from 09.30 to 10.45 am. The cost is £10 per session (with concessions for over 70's)

On Friday mornings mornings from 9.30 to 10.30 am. The cost is £5 per session.

Wherever possible please bring your own yoga mat. I have a few spare mats to lend.

Please wear a mask when coming to the halls. They may be removed when on your mat.

Sanitiser will be available and the surfaces disinfected before and after each class.

If you have any medical conditions, injuries or if you are pregnant please could you let me know?  In order to make progress, regular attendance at the class and some simple home practice is recommended.  There is no pressure to perform at the class, so feel free to take a rest any time if you need to. The atmosphere is informal and friendly.  Preferably your last meal before yoga should be about two hours before. Light snacks are OK.  If you are late, come in quietly and find a space with minimum disturbance.

What to wear:-

Loose comfortable clothing which enable you to move and stretch. Layers are better as you can take them off and put them back on as required.  Bring something warm to put on for the relaxation part of the class.  Yoga is best done in bare feet in order to give you grip and stability.
